Every service is tailored to your vision and lifestyle, delivered by Christina, a seasoned professional who is multi-passionate about beauty, artistry and precision. You will notice when you come in for your appointment Christina offers a few other services such as gel nails, pedicures and waxing. She is not currently taking clients for those services. To be placed on a waitlist for gel nails, pedicures or waxing services you may talk directly to Christina at your appointment.

Consultations are always complimentary to ensure your colour goals are achieved with the health of your hair as our top priority. Consultations can be booked a few weeks out from the date of your inquiry if you require a specific time of day - you may need to book further in advance to accommodate your schedule.

Hair Service Policies
To ensure every guest receives the best possible experience, please review our hair service policies:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be applied toward your final service total.

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

If you do not show for your scheduled appointment you will be required to pay for the appointment missed in full before rescheduling. If you no-show and do not respond to our message - any future appointments in our system will automatically be cancelled. We understand things life happens sometimes, so it is up to Christina’s discretion whether to reschedule the missed appointment.

The first missed appointment may be forgiven, however, further missed appointments may result in your future appointments being cancelled.

Christina charges $50.00 for every 15 minutes you are late. If you are 15 minutes late or more, Christina may have to cancel your appointment, as it’s not fair for other clients to be kept waiting. If Christina must cancel your appointment due to lateness impacting other clients’ appointments, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the missed appointment fee. While Christina would always prefer to complete your service—she must also respect the time of other clients who have booked months in advance.

Christina is currently booking 10-12 weeks in advance for new clients. Keep this in mind when booking your appointment.

All new clients and hair extension clients must pay a deposit before booking which can be done at your consultation or via email. This deposit is non-refundable. If you are unsure that you will be able to make the appointment - do not book it. We take debit, credit, e-transfer and cash as forms of payment.

Complimentary consultations are recommended for all new colour or extension clients.

For safety and comfort, we ask that only those receiving services attend appointments.
